The PMS Mini Hotel provides reports in doc and excel format to facilitate hotel management. On the left side margin of the system’s initial screen there is a section called “Reports“. There, all the report options will be displayed.
The “Income and Forecasts” report is obtained by clicking on “Reports“, then on “Income and Forecasts” and completing the necessary filters: Dates, Room Type and Report Type.
This document is used to visualize revenues between certain dates, and to forecast revenues up to 10 days ahead. In addition, it is used to obtain a report of annual revenues.
To view this data, it is necessary to click on each corresponding button:
Blue Button: Show Report
Green button: 10 days forecast
Yellow Button: Yearly Revenue
This report is one of the most important and complete when it comes to analyzing average rates per guest, occupancy percentage or total revenue for a given date or period.
Once you have obtained the desired report, you can print it or send it by e-mail by clicking on the buttons above the report on the left side.
